How to Password Protect A Post

You may have a need to password protect a post. An example of why you would want to password protect a post, is if you need to share sensitive information such as email addresses, home addresses, and names of members.

A step by step on how to Password Protect a post:

Step 1: Make sure you are inside the actual post that you would like to password protect. Look to the right, and you will see under “Publish”, a link named” Edit”. Click this link. (Click the image below for a large example screenshot)

Step 2: Choose “Password Protect”. Add the password in the text field under “Password”.

Step 3: Click “Update”. Now your post is password protected! (Click the image below for a large example screenshot)
